    Terms of Service
    •   All provisions of this  contract are subject to the 
        TOS (Terms of Service) of TechnoShells and AUP  
        (acceptable use policy). The AUP may be changed from 
        time to time at the  discretion of the Company.  
        Subscriber understands that change to the AUP by the  
        Company shall  not be grounds for early contract 
        termination or non-payment.
    •   TechnoShells reserves the right to suspend  or cancel 
        a customer’s access to any or all services provided by 
        TechnoShells  when TechnoShells decides that the  
        account has been used inappropriately.
    •   All Payments To TechnoShells Are  Non-Refundable. 

    Acceptable Use Policies

    ILLEGAL USE
    •   TechnoShells.com servers may be used for  
        lawful purposes only.
    •   Technoshells accounts are prohibited to be 
        used as tools or mediums to insult or to discriminate or to threaten or any other 
        form of offenses that might result our server to be targeted from ddos attacks.
    •   Participation in denial of service attacks
        from TechnoShells' server is strictly PROHIBITED.
    •   There are no war bots, xdcc bots, takeover  bots,
        or abusive eggdrop bots run on TechnoShells servers.
    •   Use of Dronebots, or bots for exploitation,
        will result in account termination.

    SECURIY
    •   Sharing of the Account Holder's password is
        strictly forbidden.
    •   TechnoShells' servers are not to be used to 
        gain unauthorized access to outside computer
        systems or networks.
    •   Do not load files in /etc or /var/tmp or  /tmp.
        Account holders may load the files just in their own
        folder  /home/accholderfolder .
    •   Using excessive cpu, memory, hard disk  space,
        or bandwidth to disrupt or limit TechnoShells' services.
    •   Violations of system or network security are  prohibited
        and may result in criminal and civil liability. 
        Examples include but  are not limited to the following: 
        unauthorized access, use, probing, or  scanning  
        of systems security or authentication measures, data, 
        or traffic;   interference with service to any user, 
        host, or network  including, without  limitation, 
        mail bombing, flooding,  deliberate attempts to 
        overload a system, broadcast attacks; forging of 
        any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the  header 
        information in an email or a newsgroup.
        
    IRC
    •   Background processes that connect to IRC  
        (typically known as "bots") may not be used for 
        War, XDCC, or file  serving purposes.
    •   Shoutcast, Game Server, IRCD, Webcam Server  are not 
        allowed run on TechnoShells shell server.
    •   EMech bots are not allowed on our machines.
    •   Customer not allowed to park their eggdrop  
        or psyBNC in CHASED CHANNEL (DROP CHANNEL).
    •   Changing username/ident on shell servers for  irc is 
        1$ or rm 3 per username change. We have the policy of 
        1 irc connection = 1 back  ground process.

    Our Action
    •   The failure by a customer to meet or follow  any of 
        the above Terms of Use is grounds for account  
        deactivation. TechnoShells.com  will be the sole 
        arbiter as to what  constitutes a violation of 
        the Terms of  Use. TechnoShells reserves the right 
        to remove any account without prior notice.

        modify any provision of  its Terms of Use at any time 
        without notice.
